Rental Process

1. Submit a Rental Inquiry
Complete the form below with your project details, requested items, dates, location, and any styling or historical needs.

2. Quote & Rental Terms
You will receive a rental quote including pricing, rental period, deposit requirements, pickup/delivery options, and care expectations.

3. Rental Agreement
Once approved, a rental agreement will be sent for signature. Items are not reserved until the agreement is signed and payment/deposit is received.

4. Pickup, Delivery, or Styling Coordination
We will coordinate item pickup, local delivery, or on-site styling support depending on the project needs and approved rental terms.

5. Return & Condition Check
All rented items must be returned by the agreed date. Items will be inspected upon return, and any damage, loss, or late fees will be assessed according to the rental agreement.

6. Archive Credit
When applicable, production or editorial credit may be requested as:
